Returns & Exchanges

We hope you’ll fall in love with your new handmade gemstone jewellery! But if for whatever reason you need to make a return or exchange we’re here to help.

If you’d like to make a return please use our returns portal to make a return request. You’ll just need your email address and order number.

Return Policy

If you change your mind, we accept returns for any item, subject to the following conditions:

  • Jewelry must be returned within 30 days of purchase.

  • Jewelry must be in its original condition (unworn, unused, unaltered, in the original packaging with tags attached).

  • Earrings are non-returnable due to hygiene reasons.

  • All sale/promotional items are final sale and cannot be returned.

For change-of-mind returns, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs and buy now pay later (Afterpay, Zip, Sezzle, Klarna etc) merchant fees are non-refundable.

Our return address is in China. Depending on your location, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
Please use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance to ensure we receive your returned items.
Once tracking shows your package has arrived at our warehouse, please allow up to 5 business days for us to inspect and process your return.

How do I make a return?

What if I need to return a faulty item?

We will make every effort to ensure the jewelry you receive matches the product images. However, if there are any issues, please initiate a return through our returns portal as soon as possible so we can resolve the problem.For defective items (i.e., jewelry that arrives damaged), we will send you a replacement and provide a prepaid return shipping label.

Do I get a refund to my card or store credit?

You’ll get to choose. When returning items, you can opt for a refund to the original payment method or select store credit (store credit currently unavailable, will be available once enabled).
